The Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) in partnership with the State of the African Union (SOTU) campaign congratulates women around the world especially those in Nigeria as today marks the International Women’s Day (IWD). The UN theme for International Women’s Day 2013 is “A promise is a promise: Time for action to end violence against women”.
